Use the order-status link in your order confirmation to check your order. When tracking information is available, it will appear in your dispatch notification or order-status page.
A tracking label being created does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the parcel. Tracking updates depend on the carrier.
If your order is late, missing, damaged or marked delivered when you have not received it, contact us with your order number. You do not need to wait a fixed number of days to report a problem.
