How long does delivery take?

Orders usually process within 1 business day. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–10 business days for the US and 7–12 business days for the UK, Canada and Australia. Shipping is free on every order. Carrier and customs delays can affect these estimates.

Can I choose a colour and storage size?

Yes. Retro Kid™ Original is available in a range of colours, with 64GB and 128GB editions. Select your preferred configuration on the product page to see current availability and pricing.

What is the returns policy?

You can request a change-of-mind return within 15 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging, with return postage paid by the customer. This does not limit rights for faulty or misdescribed goods under applicable consumer law. Read the full returns policy before sending an item back.

Does Retro Kid™ include a warranty?

Retro Kid™ consoles include a 1-year warranty for faults during normal use, subject to the full warranty terms. This warranty is additional to your rights under applicable consumer law, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Contact us for help with a fault.

Retro Kid™ includes a preinstalled game library. The game-list page searches the supplied 128GB index, including regional versions and duplicate entries. Included games can vary by edition; contact us to check a specific title before ordering.
